"I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a creative, compassionate, and developmentally informed lens. My background as both a therapist and former educator helps me connect deeply with children and understand their unique challenges, especially those who are neurodiverse, anxious, or navigating emotional and behavioral struggles.
I specialize in Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based approaches, Mindfulness, and Family Systems work. I’ve received additional training in emotional regulation and brain development, executive functioning, sand tray, and parent coaching and training. My work is often collaborative with parents to strengthen the whole family system.
I bring an eclectic, client-centered approach to every session—blending structure and creativity to meet each child right where they are. Whether we're using art, stories, play, or practical strategies, I aim to create a safe and nurturing space for growth, healing, and connection."
