I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate and Nationally Certified Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a creative, compassionate, and developmentally informed lens. My background as both a therapist and former school counselor helps me connect deeply with children and understand their unique challenges, especially those who are neurodiverse, anxious, or navigating emotional and behavioral struggles.

My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief in the power of relationships and supportive environments that help people grow. I specialize in Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Mindfulness. My work is often collaborative with parents to strengthen the whole family system.
I bring an eclectic, client-centered approach to every session—blending structure and creativity to meet each child right where they are. Whether we're using art, stories, play, or practical strategies, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgemental environment where clients feel understood, supported and empowered. I am committed to walking alongside you and your child with patience, understanding, encouragement, and respect."
